Nicolle Stinson discusses CBD Oil and back pain and the research that supports it.

A recent research study has actually revealed the link between cannabinoids and its effect on chronic back pain and other associated ailments.
The Institute of Medication of The National Academies reported that 100 million Americans live with persistent pain, the vast majority being those dealing with particularly neck and back pain. As financial costs in the United States for treatment of persistent discomfort exceeds the yearly cost of heart problems, cancer and diabetes, discovering a more affordable and safer option has been a much-desired goal to acheive.
The intervertebral disc (IVD) is a fibrous cartilage tissue situated between the bone sections that form our spinal column, the vertebras. The function of the intervertebral discs is to help the spinal columns mobility and to soak up the constant impact from everyday movement.
Degeneration of the intervertebral discs is an outcome of numerous contributing aspects such as aging, deficiency of oxygen and essential sugars and water, along with basic swelling of the area.
The degeneration of these fibrous discs is believed to be the main source of persistent neck and pain in the back and with 25% of the population living under 40 with clear indications of IVD degeneration.  Even though these conditions are widespread, there is still a lack of efficient treatment and therapy.
After a 2015 research study, Protective Impacts of Cannabidiol on Lesion-Induced Intervertebral Disc Degeneration, clients suffering from an IVD related condition may be in luck. The cannabis substance, cannabidiol, known for its non-psychoactive residential or commercial properties, has a keen relationship to our bodies when it comes to the reduction of discomfort and anti-inflammation.

Nicolle Stinson is the author on Peas N Pastries.
The study tested 3 different quantities of CBD extract on 19 rodents struggling with an intentional replica of human IVD degeneration. The MRI scan showed that while the 2 lower dosages revealed little to no impact on the discs, the greater dose helped reduce the damage for the 15-day study duration.
Although there is certainly room for more clinical consensus on the matter, the research study concludes that cannabidiol, administered at high doses, “exposed anti-degenerative effects”. Going further as to “recommend that this compound could be useful in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration”
CBD is now beginning to verify itself in studies all over the medical world, showcasing its flexibility in therapy and treatment for a wide variety of disorders and conditions.
Intervertebral disc degeneration is yet another condition that can be decreased and managed with cannabidiol, placing chronic discomfort in the ever broadening list of ailments treatable with CBD.

Nicolle Stinson Posts a Caesar Chicken Recipe on Peas N Pastries.
This moist and tender chicken is as easy as smothering the chicken breasts in Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan helps to thicken the sauce and it all bakes down to cheesy creamy perfection. No need to even season the chicken because the Caesar dressing already has enough seasoning to go around. Be sure to grab a creamy Caesar dressing for ultimate goodness.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 cup Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)
½ cup sour cream (optional)
1-1½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Nicolle Stinson gives the full recipe here: https://www.peasnpastries.com/2019/04/melt-in-your-mouth-caesar-chicken.html

Victorious Life Church holds services every Sunday at 10:30 AM.

Here is a blurb from one of the posts on the blog posted by Nicolle Stinson and authored by Pastor Donnie Semple:

As we look out our windows, after a long winter, we eagerly anticipate the robins returning, the trees blooming and the warmer days of Spring.

Our spirits have felt enslaved to the four corners of our homes with little hope of every being able to adventure outside without the trials & trouble of winter weather, cold blustering winds, and layers upon layers of clothing to keep us comfortable, while being miserable.

When I think of Spring I am always brought to the place in my Spirit that Rejoices in remembrance of Resurrection Sunday.  A time that amplifies the Eternal Hope that we have in Christ Jesus.  A time that reminds us that through great adversity brought forth the Greatest Victory to mankind.

A lot of people really don't understand the concept of online marketing and how great the opportunity truly is and what it can do for their future. Unfortunately there are times where a person will join an online company and then quit shortly after. Why? Well that seems to be the million dollar question for some. Why do people say they see the vision and then just quit an opportunity that is going to help them change their future over time, just to go back to a lifestyle of working at a job that they were trying to get away from in the first place? There are all sorts of reasons people quit, but below are 3 popular reasons why people quit......

1) NIcolle Stinson thinks one thing is: Early Expectation

I'm not quite sure why people think that when they join a network marketing company, that they will be rich overnight. It simply just does not work like that. For everyone who has ever started a new job, when you're hired on do you get a pay raise the same day, week,, month, or even the same year in some cases? Hell no!! That's just not realistic. As a sponsor, you want to make sure that you're setting up a realistic expectation, especially if you're dealing with someone who has never been apart of the network marketing world. Once you set the appropriate expectation, then you can work with your prospect or new team member one on one to make sure that they have set appropriate goals and help them become successful over time.

2) Nicolle Stinson thinks: No goals are set and there are no daily methods of operation

If you think you can start a business and not set any type of goals nor have a daily method of operation that you do CONSISTENTLY and be successful then you are crazy. If you don't do anything each day, then how will anything within your business ever happen? What you need to do is sit down and really put in some deep thought to your goals. Saying I want to make $4,000 each month is not a real goal. You need to dig deep. Write down how you will achieve making $4,000 each month. Write down the actual day to day steps that it will take to make that $4,000 each month. Write down at what point of your day, week, or month that you will take the steps to get to that $4,000 each month. Make sense?

3) Nicolle Stinson says: A person feels like they have a "bad" sponsor

If you are basing your level of success on what your sponsor does or does not do for you then you will not grow. A sponsor is suppose to answer any and all questions that you have before and after you join their team. A sponsor also is suppose to go over training/coaching with you, follow up with you, and always be readily available to you. (within reason). It's not a sponsors job to hold your hand through every single little aspect of your business. They will not run your business for you. They are simply there to assist and teach. At the end of the day it's up to YOU to get things done, but the sponsor is suppose to help along the way. Never join a opportunity and expect your sponsor to do the work for you. That's not how it works.
